摘 要:目的 对我国部分MRI设备进行状态检测,评价我国MRI设备的应用质量现状。方法 40台MRI设备(5台超低磁场、15台低磁场、7台中等磁场、13台高磁场)。使用Magphan体模进行状态检测,MRI状态检测参数包括信噪比、均匀度、线性度、层厚、空间分辨率和低对比度分辨率等6项。结果 5台超低磁场成像设备无一合格;9台低磁场设备合格;7台中等磁场设备全部合格;13台高磁场设备全部合格。结论 超低磁场MRI设备性能较差,很难满足临床应用;部分低磁场MRI质量可满足临床应用;中等磁场和高磁场MRI设备质量普遍较好,但也有个别设备的个别参数不合格。
Analysis of performance testing on 40 units of MRI system

Abstract: Objective To assess the quality of MRI systems by the performance testing. Methods The authors used a Magphan phantom to do performance test on 40 sets of MRI system including 5 ultra-low field, 15 low field, 7 middle field and 13 high field systems. The performance parameters of MRI system were signal-to-noise ratio, uniformity, linearity, slice thickness, spatial resolution, and low contrast resolution. Results All ultra-low field strength systems were unqualified, 9 of 15 low field systems were qualified and all of 7 middle field systems and 13 high field systems were qualified. Conclusions The quality of most ultra-low field systems is very poor. The quality of low field systems is not good and some of them meet the clinical application. The quality of most middle field and high field systems is satisfactory, only a little of them has some unqualified parameters.
