【摘要】 目的 研究眼部睫状体肿瘤的MRI表现，并探讨其在诊断和鉴别诊断中的价值。方法总结分析11例经手术病理证实的睫状体肿瘤的MRI表现。结果 黑色素瘤6例，与脑实质信号相比为短T₁ 、短T₂ 信号，5例增强扫描显示中度至明显强化；神经瘤3例，T₁ WI为等信号，T₂ WI为高信号，增强后明显均匀强化；睫状体色素上皮腺瘤1例，呈短T₁ 、短T₂ 信号，增强后明显强化；黑色素细胞瘤1例，呈短T₁ 、短T₂ 信号，增强后无强化。结论 MRI可清楚显示肿瘤的形态、大小和信号特征，为诊断和鉴别诊断提供重要依据。

【 Abstract】 Objective To investigate MRI findings ofthe tumors of ciliary body and their value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Methods MRIfindings of eleven cases with tumors of ciliary body were analysed retrospectively.Results Six caseswith melanoma displayed short T₁ and short T₂ with respect tobrain.Gd-DTPA enhancement was performed in five of the six cases,showing moderate tomarked enhancement. Neuroma(3 cases) showed isointense signal on T₁ WI andhyperintense signal on T₂ WI as well as marked contrast enhancement.Adenoma ofpigment epithelium(1 case) presented high signal intensity on T₁ WI and lowsignal intensity on T₂ WI . Melanocytoma(1 case) demonstrated short T₁ and short T₂ and no contrast enhancement. Conclusion MRI can definitely display theshape,size and signal intensity of tumors of ciliary body providing information fordiagnosis and differential diagnosis.
