摘要 目的：探讨高压氧(HBO)综合药物治疗声损伤性耳聋的疗效。方法：分HBO组与单用药物治疗组(对照组)观察。HBO组的声损伤患者120例(132耳)，均在0.25 MPa(2.5 ATA)压力下吸纯氧40分钟2次，中间吸舱内压缩空气10分钟，每日1次；同时使用低分子右旋糖酐、脉络宁、能量合剂、维生素B族、皮质激素等药物治疗，HBO组平均治疗18.2±8.55天。将HBO组疗效与单用上述同类药物治疗的患者120例(144耳)进行比较。两组患者疗效以纯音测听语言频率听阈均值(PTA)判定。结果：HBO组治愈率、有效率均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)，而且HBO对急性期轻、中度聋疗效更佳，受伤后治疗越早，疗效越高。结论：HBO综合药物治疗应用于声损伤性耳聋的效果明显优于单用药物治疗。
Effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined therapy on acoustic traumatic hearing loss Li Zhicai, Li Shao-

Abstract Aim: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) combined with drugs on acoustic traumatic hearing loss. Methods: Patients with acoustic traumatic hearing loss were divided into two groups at random: HBO group and control group. The HBO group (120 cases, 132 ears) were exposed to HBO(pure oxygen breathing at 0.25 MPa absolute for 40min×2 with a 10min air breathing break in the chamber) once a day; meanwhile, they were also given commonly used drugs(dextran 40, mailuoning injectio, energy mixture, vitamin B group and corticoids) for a period of 18.2±8.5 days. For comparison, the control group(120 cases, 144 ears) were treated only by the above-mentioned drugs. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared in the light of the pure tone averages(PTA). Results: The cured and effective rates in HBO group were remarkably higher than those in control group (P<0.01). Furthermore, the therapeutic effects of HBO on minor and moderate acoustic traumatic hearing loss were better than those on the serious ones, and the earlier HBO was used, the better were the therapeutic effects. Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of HBO combined with drugs on acoustic traumatic hearing loss is significantly better than that of simple drug treatment without HBO.
