【摘要】 目的 评价99m Tc-羟基亚甲基二膦酸(MDP) 乳腺显像对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法 对65例乳腺肿块患者进行乳腺和骨显像,取前位、左侧位、右侧位。病人均经手术和病理检查证实。结果 99m Tc-MDP诊断乳腺癌的灵敏度为93.3%, 特异性82.9%,诊断正确率87.7%,假阴性率6.7%,假阳性率17.1%,乳腺肿块与健侧相应部位ROI的放射性比值,乳腺癌组为2.51
± 0.33,良性病变组为1.91 ± 0.20,P<0.001。30例乳腺癌骨显像中7例发现有转移灶。结论 99m Tc-MDP显像对乳腺癌的诊断、良恶性乳腺肿块的鉴别及有无早期骨转移灶的判断很有价值。Diagnostic value of99m Tc-MDP scintimammography in breast mass

【Abstract】 Purpose To evaluate the diagnostic and differential diagnostic value of 99m Tc-MDPscintigraphy in breast cancer. Methods Altogether 65 cases with breast mass were examined by SPECTscintigraphy in anterior, left and right lateral anterior positions. Results All cases underwent operation and the massess werediagnosed pathologically one week after scintimammography. In 30 cases with histologicallyconfirmed breast cancer, the sensitivity of scintimammogarphic diagnosis was 93.3%,specificity was 82.9%, positive diagnostic rate was 87.7%, false negative rate was 6.7%,false positive rate was 17.1%. The ROI uptake ratio of breast mass to contralateral normalside was 2.51
± 0.37 and 1.91 ± 0.20 for themalignant and benign mass group, respectively, P<0.001. In 30 cases who underwentskeletal scintigraphy, 7 cases were found with bone metastasis. Conclusions This study indicates 99m Tc-MDP scintigraphy isof great value in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant masses of the breast,furthermore, it is also of value in demonstrating early latent skeletal metastasis.......
