【摘 要】 目的 探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在卵巢上皮性肿瘤的生物学行为中的作用。方法 应用免疫组织化学技术对10例正常卵巢组织和80例卵巢上皮性肿瘤进行对照研究,同时应用Mias-2000图像分析系统进行定量分析,并研究恶性肿瘤中bFGF的表达强度与临床分期以及肿瘤类型和病理分级间的关系。结果 ①bFGF主要在卵巢上皮性肿瘤细胞浆内表达,在交界型和恶性肿瘤中,部分阳性细胞同时存在细胞核表达。②bFGF的表达强度随卵巢上皮性肿瘤的恶性程度增加而增强。正常卵巢组织bFGF密度为(3.35±3.52)%,良性上皮性肿瘤细胞为(19.25±21.73)%,交界型上皮性肿瘤组织细胞为(33.78±10.86)%,卵巢癌细胞为(48.18±12.93)%。提示bFGF可能在卵巢癌的发生中起重要作用。③bFGF的表达强度随FIGO分期的增高而增强。④bFGF的表达强度随卵巢癌的分化程度降低而增强。⑤卵巢交界型浆液性囊腺瘤中bFGF的表达较交界型粘液性囊腺瘤明显增高,表明bFGF在肿瘤恶变中可能起重要作用。结论 bFGF在卵巢肿瘤的发生、生长、浸润和转移等过程中起着重要作用。
EXPRESSION ANDSIGNIFICANCE OF BASIC FIBROBLAST GROWTH FACTOR IN OVARIAN EPITHELIAL NEOPLASM

【 Abstract】 Objective To determine the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the biological behaviour of ovarian epithelial neoplasm.Methods Ten cases of normal ovariantissues and eighty cases of ovarian epithelial tumor tissues were detected byimmunohistochemical methods. Mias-2000 Picture Analysis System was used to study therelationship of bFGF expression intensity and microvessel count、 FIGO stage、 pathological grade and classification of ovarian epithelialneoplasm.Results ① Expression of bFGF was mainly in cytoplasm and nucleus in several cells of borderline and malignant tumor.② The expression intensity of bFGF was closely related to themalignant degree of ovarian epithelial neoplasm. The density of bFGF expression was (3.35±3.52)%in normal ovarian epithelium, (19.25±21.73)% in benign tumor, (33.78±10.86)% inborderline tumor and (48.18±12.93)% in malignant tumor. The results indicated that bFGFmight play an important role in carcinogenesis of ovarian epithelial neoplasm.③ The expression intensity of bFGFwas increased with the FIGO stage of ovarian tumor.④ The expression intensity of bFGF was increased accompaningwith the decrease of differentiation degree in ovian neoplasm.⑤ In borderline tumor, expression intensity of bFGF inserous cystadenoma was significantly higher than in mucinous cystadenoma, which indicatedbFGF might be an important factor in canceration of ovarian epithelial neoplasm.Conclusion bFGF may play important roles in carcinogenesis, development, invasion and metastasis of ovarian epithelial neoplasm.
