摘要 目的 观察重症肌无力(MG)患者受累肌群选择性及分析其可能机制。材料及结果 322例MG患者出现18例眼外肌交替受累，占5.6%。眼外肌交替受累多发生于疾病早期，与患者年龄、性别及Osserman型别无明显关系。结论 眼外肌交替受累在临床上并不少见，MG肌群选择性可能与肌群AChR抗原及其抗体异质性有关。

Objective To observe muscular selective involement in MG patients and toanalyze its possible mechanism. Materials and Results In 322 patients with MG, 18 cases had alternative involvement ofextraocular muscle (EOM) (5.6%). EOM alternative involvement occurred mostly at the earlystage of MG (generally 2-3 weeks), and was not related to patients age, gender, orOsserman classification. Discussion and Conclusion EOM alternative involvement in MG patients is not uncommon. Thecause of muscular selective involvement is still unknown, may be related with theheterogenicity of AChR antigenicity among different skeletal muscles including right andleft EOM, and that of antibody against AChR in serum of patients.
