【摘 要】 目的 追溯近阶段国内外有关转化生长因子β(TGF-β)与组织创伤修复研究的进展。方法 广泛查阅近期有关TGF-β与组织创伤修复的文献，综述TGF-β基因的鉴定、TGF-β产生和激活以及在组织创伤修复过程中的作用等研究。结果 TGF-β属于一个多功能聚合多肽家族，其基因结构具有高度保守性，多种有关TGF-β和组织创伤修复的动物模型已建立，围绕这方面的研究集中在TGF-β及受体的种类、分布和信号传导通路等。结论 TGF-β在组织创伤修复中具有重要的调节作用。

【 Abstract】 Objective To review the progress of the relation betweentransforming growth factor β (TGF-β ) and repair of tissue injury.Methods The recent articles about TGF-β and tissue reconstruction wereextensively reviewed. The gene identification, production, activation of TGF-β and its role in the repair courseof tissue injury were investigated.Results TGF-β belongs to a family of multifunctional polypeptides, its genestructure is highly conservative. Many animal models about TGF-β and tissue injury have been established. The researchmainly focuses on the classification, distribution of TGF-β receptors and their signal pathway.Conclusion TGF-β plays an important roles in theregulation of repair of tissue injury.
