摘 要 气相色谱分析表明,乳酸菌素片生产菌的发酵上清液及药品成品—乳酸菌素粉和乳酸菌素片含有大量乳酸及一定量的丁酸(或异丁酸)、乙酸、正反丁烯二酸、六碳脂肪酸、微量丙酸、琥珀酸及微量抗菌多肽。它们不仅对革兰氏阳性菌,而且对革兰氏阴性菌有不同程度抑制作用。乳酸菌素片医治某些肠胃病的机理正是发酵产生的这些有机酸等代谢产物及发酵后的乳酸菌死菌体及其碎片的作用。

Abstract Fermentation supernatant fluids and Ru Suan Jun Su powder、 tablet contain lactic acid,acetic acid,n/iso butyric acid,maleic acid,fatty acid with hexa-carbon,trace succinic acid,propionic acid by means of gas chromatography and trace antimicrobial peptide.They have broad spectrum of inhibition including many Gram-positive,Gram-negative bacteria especially some pathogenic bacteria,but the levels of inhibition are different.We think that these organic acid and trace antimicrobial peiptide,dead bacteria and debris were able to cure gastroenterits.
