摘 要 为了解异麦芽低聚糖调节肠道菌群的作用，对一种异麦芽低聚糖产品—纵横异麦芽低聚糖对于肠道菌群的调节功能进行了研究，动物实验表明该产品对小鼠具有一定的调节肠道菌群、增殖双歧杆菌的作用，人体试食实验结果表明纵横异麦芽低聚糖对人体具有一定的调节肠道菌群、增殖双歧杆菌和乳杆菌的作用。
