摘 要 为提高瓶装饮用纯净水的卫生质量,对瓶装饮用纯净水受微生物污染的因素和控制措施进行分析,指出强化卫生质量意识管理和加大生产设备和产品卫生质量设施的投入,是保障其卫生质量最关键的环节。
