摘要 为了解各种起搏器埋置后的工作状况，运用动态心电图(DCG)对192例起搏患者进行监测分析。192例患者六种起搏方式的24 h心搏均数在89 117～96 239次之间。VVI起搏患者中心房颤动的检出率为26.1%(29/111)、室房传导检出率为12.6%(14/111)、过感知检出率为3.6%(4/111)、起搏故障率为3.6%(4/111)。AAI起搏中过感知检出率为23.3%(10/43)、起搏故障率为6.9%(3/43)。低感知检出率：VVI起搏为5.4%(6/111)、AAI起搏为11.6%(5/43)，两者比较差异无显著性，P>0.05。DDD及VDD起搏所致介导性心动过速的检出率为24.3%(9/37)。起搏器埋置后，起搏及感知功能异常多为间歇性发生，DCG监测时间较长，发现起搏功能异常的机率较多，特别是带有脉冲标记的对于分析起搏功能异常帮助更大。有条件者DCG可考虑列为起搏器埋置后的常规检查。

The Role of Dynamic Electrocardiogram in Evaluation Inappropriate Pacing

Abstract To evaluate the function of the implanted pacing system,we analyzed dynamic cardiograms (DCG) of 192 patients with pacemaker of various pacing mode.Results:Total heart beats of all patients were 89 117～ 96 239 beats within 24 hours.In VVI group,26.1% (29/111) cases had atrial fibrillation,12.6%(14/111) cases had retrograde conduction,3.6%(4/111) had pacing abnormality.In AAI group,23.3%(10/43) had oversensing problem,6.9%(3/43) had pacing abnormality.11.6%(5/43) had undersensing problem in AAI group and 5.4%(6/111) in VVI.In DDD and VDD groups 24.3%(9/37) had pacemaker mediated tachycardia(PMT).Conclusion:DCG has a long period of time to monitor and more chance to find pacing abnormality,especially DCG with pules mark is better for analysis pacing function.So DCG examination should be ruled in the patients which pacemaker was implanted.
