摘 要 目的 观察国产伊维菌素对犬钩虫、巴西日圆线虫、鼠蛲虫的驱虫效果。方法 采用犬钩虫—狗、巴西日圆线虫—大鼠及鼠蛲虫—大鼠动物模型进行研究。结果 单次口服0.025mg/kg伊维菌素对犬钩虫的虫卵减少率、驱虫率和治愈率高达100%，服药后48h内排出97%虫体；单次灌胃0.62mg/kg对巴西日圆线虫的驱虫率达99.1%，完全治愈剂量为1.11mg/kg；单次灌胃2.0mg/kg对鼠蛲虫的驱虫率和治愈率均达100%。结论 国产伊维菌素具有剂量小、疗效高、作用快、副反应轻等特点，是一种有前途的驱线虫药。

ANTHELMINTIC EFFICACY OFNATIONAL IVERMECTIN ON ANCYLOSTOMA

ABSTRACT Aim To observe theanthelmintic efficay of Ivermectin on Ancylosloma caninum,Nippostrongylus brazilienses andSyphacia mesocriceti,animal models of A.caninum in dogs.N.brazilienses in rats andS.mesocriceti,in rats were used in the study.Using Ivermectin in a single oral dose at0.025mg/kg,the egg reduction rate,anthelmintic rate and curative rate on A.caninum allwere 100%.97% of worms were passed within 48 hours after treatment.The anthelmintic rateof Ivermectin on N.brazilienses with a single oral dose at 0.62mg/kg was 99.1%.Thecurative dose was 1.11mg/kg.Using Ivermectin in a single oral dose at 2.0mg/kg,theanthelmintic rate and curative rate on S.mesocriceti both were 100%.Therefore.Ivermectinis a hopeful anthelmintic drug with small-dose,high-efficacy,quick-action and little-sideeffect.
