摘要 本文用纯化糖蛋白抗原对116例囊虫病人血清进行Dot-ELISA检测，阳性率为96.8%(112/116),36例健康人血清皆为阴性，27例肝吸虫病与包虫病人血清除2例外均为阴性，并以IHA和ELISA作对照，结果表明Dot-ELISA在3种方法中敏感性和特异性较高。

ABSTRACT Dot-ELISA was used in the immunodiagnosis of cystice rcosis withthe lentil-lectin.The positive rates of the sera sample from 116 all showed negativereactions,and 27 sera from clonorchiasis and echinocococosis all showed negative reactionsexcept 2 sera.The ELISA and IHA were devaluated comparatively.The results indicated thatthis method was highly sensitive and speci fici in dignosis.
