摘 要 目的 观察日本血吸虫单克隆抗独特型抗体NP30对日本血吸虫雌虫生殖产卵及卵胚发育的影响。方法 腹腔注射NP30主动免疫C57BL/6小鼠，连续3次，对照组腹腔注射SP2/0腹水。结果 尾蚴攻击感染后第27天，NP30免疫组肝组织内虫卵数下降了30.91%，雌虫子宫内虫卵数减少了38.55%。尾蚴攻击感染后第39天，NP30免疫组肝组织内的成熟虫卵下降了66.63%，死亡虫卵增加了60.66%。结论 NP30主动免疫小鼠具有抗雌虫生殖产卵和抗卵胚发育的双重功效，为一很有希望的血吸虫病抗病疫苗候选分子。

STUDY ON ANTI-EGGIMMUNITY IN MICE INDUCED BY ANTI-IDIOTYPIC

    MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY NP30 OF SCHISTOSOMA JAPONICUM

ABSTRACT Aim To observe theeffects of anti-fecundity and anti-embryonation immunity of anti-idiotypic monoclonalantibody NP30 of S.japonicum on female adult worm.Methods C57BL/6 micewere immunized actively by injecting NP30 intraperitoneally for three times.The controlgroup was injected SP2/0 ascites intraperitoneally.Results On thetwenty-seventh day after challenge infection,the number of eggs in liver tissue of thegroup immunized with NP30 was decreased 30.91% and the number of eggs in uterus was alsodecreased 38.55%.On the thirty-nineth day after challenge,the number of mature eggs inliver tissue of the group immunized with NP30 was decreased 66.63% and the number ofnecrotic eggs was increased 60.66%.Conclusion NP30,with which mice wereimmunized actively,possesses double effects of anti-fecundity and anti-embryonationimmunity on female adult worm of S.japonicum.NP30 might be regarded as the candidate anti-pathologic vaccine molecule against schistosomiasis.
