摘 要 本文报告江苏扬州地区一只猫同时自然感染3条雌性龙线虫并对虫体形态进行了观察。1号虫大小为93.50×0.15cm，2号虫大小为88.90×0.13cm，3号虫仅存2个片段，共计长为27.80cm，宽度为0.12cm。在虫体头部、中部和尾部各取生殖管内容物涂片镜检。于中部内容物中见有许多第一期幼虫(杆状蚴)，其平均大小为626.90×18μm，而头部和尾部内容物中，除见少量杆状蚴外，大量的是胚卵、胚蚴和未成熟杆状蚴。虫体经形态学鉴定，3条成虫均为雌性麦地那龙线虫。

OBSERVATIONS ON THEMORPHOLOGY OF

    DRACUNCULUS MEDINENSIS FROM A CAT IN CHINA

ABSTRACT The two in tact and onenon-intact femal specimens of Dracunculus medinemsis were collected from a cat in YangzhouChina and the morphology of the worms was described.The measurements of the three wormswere 93.50cm by 0.15cm,88.9cm by 0.13cm and 27.8cm by 0.12cm respectively.The Contentsfrom different part of uterus were examine with microscope and a lot of mature first-stagelarvae,measured 626.90μ mlong and 18.0μ mwide,were found in the middle of body.At the anterior and posterior end,many eggsembryonated,embroyomorphous larvae and immature first-stage larvae were found besides afew mature first-stage larvae.
