【摘要】目的 研究复发椎管内肿瘤的临床诊断和手术治疗特点。方法 对28例复发椎管内肿瘤进行回顾性分析，所有患者均用MR诊断并再次行手术治疗。结果 28例复发椎管内肿瘤诊断明确；出院时，症状体征改善或消失者21例，无变化6例，加重1例。18例随访2个月至9年，症状体征继续改善者15例，无变化2例，死亡1例。结论 根据临床表现及MR检查即能明确诊断复发椎管内肿瘤；只要提高手术技能，复发椎管内肿瘤的手术疗效仍然是令人满意的。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTostudy retrospectively the clinical diagnosis and operative characterization of recurrentintra-spinal canal tumors.Methods 28 cases with recurrent intra-spinal canal tumors wereanalyzed. All were investicated with magnetic resonance (MR) and undergone anotheroperations.Results The diagnosis of 28 cases with recurrent intra-spinal canal tumorswas comfirmed. On discharge, signs and symptoms were improved or resolved in 21 cases,unchanged 6 cases, and deteriorated in 1 case. 18 cases were followed up for a period of 2to 108 months: 15 cases continued to improve, 2 cases have no changes, and 1 casedied.Conclusions Diagnosis of recurrent intra-spinal canal tumors can be diagnosed byclinical characterization and MR. The operative results of recurrent intra-spinal tumorswere satisfactory, if surgeons are skillful in operation.
