【摘要】 目的 研究细胞凋亡与早期胃癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法 利用DNA 3'-羟基末端标记法对12例早期胃癌组织的肿瘤细胞凋亡率进行测定，对淋巴结转移阳性组和阴性组测定的结果进行对比研究。结果 淋巴结转移阳性组的肿瘤细胞凋亡率比阴性组明显增高(P<0.01)。结论 肿瘤细胞凋亡率与早期胃癌淋巴结转移密切相关，但能否作为临床上预测胃癌淋巴结转移的指标，尚须作进一步的研究。

【 Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between apoptosis and the situation of lymph node metastasis in early gastric cancer. Methods Apoptosis was detected in 12 cases of early gastric cancer. Comparative study was performed between the lymph node metastasis positive group and negative group. Results Apoptotic index (AI: percentage of apoptotic cells in cancerous cells)in lymph node metastasis positive group is higher than that in negative group (P<0.01). Conclusion Apoptosis is closely related to the situation of lymph node metastasis in early gastric cancer, but it is uncertain whether it can be used as a predictor in clinical practice up to now.
