【摘要】目的 进一步探讨抗抑郁药对5羟色胺(5-HT)的作用。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法,对一次和长期给予4种抗抑郁药的大鼠进行研究。结果 ①一次给药后,仅氟西汀降低大鼠海马和丘脑5-HT免疫反应性;②长期给药组中,4种抗抑郁药均能降低大鼠额叶、海马、丘脑、脑干和小脑的5-HT免疫反应性。结论 抗抑郁药可能不同程度地抑制5-HT再摄取,减少细胞内5-HT浓度。

【Abstract】ObjectiveToinvestigate the effect of antidepressant drugs on serotonin (5-HT).Methods 5-HTimmunoreaction in rats brain was detected after the acute and chronic adminisstration offour antidepressant drugs by immunohistochemistry methos.Results The results showedthat: (1) Only fluoxetine could decrease the 5-HT immunoreaction in cornu ammonis andthalamas in rat brain in the acute group; (2) Four antidepressant drugs could decrease5-HT immunoreaction in six regions of rats brain in the chronic group. Conclusions Itwas suggested that four antidepressants might inhibit 5-HT reuptake in various degrees anddecrease the 5-HT concentrations in intraneuron.
