【摘要 】 目的 观察β-淀粉样蛋白4(βA₄ )在皮克病(Pick'sdisease)脑组织中的表达，探讨βA₄ 表达与神经元变性、缺失的关系。方法 用免疫组化ABC法对皮克病脑组织行βA₄ 免疫组化染色，观察其病理形态和脑内分布。同时行刚果红染色及LHE染色。结果 βA₄ 在皮克病脑皮质第3、5层中均有表达。刚果红染色均为阴性。所有病例可见胶质细胞增生和凋亡。结论 βA₄ 在脑组织中的表达并非阿尔茨海默病(AD)所特有，在皮克病中亦存在此现象。βA₄ 免疫组化法的阳性结果不同于刚果红染色法。βA₄ 表达与神经元变性、缺失有关。

【Abstracts 】ObjectiveToobserve βA₄ expression in the brain of Pick's disease and to investigate theeffect of βA₄ expression on neuron degeneration and loss. Methods Byimmunohistochemical ABC method, we observed βA₄ plaque's pathologiccharacteristics, level of expression and distribution in the brains. Simulaneously Congored and LHE were employed to display βA₄ and gliocyte apoptosis respectively.Results We found βA₄ expression in cortical layers 3 and 5 in Pick'sdisease, while using Congo red staining method, the result was negative. Gliosis andgliocyte apoposis were also observed. Conclusions The deposits of βA₄ inbrains are not specific to Alzheimer's disease. The result of immmunohistochemicalstaining is different from the conventional Congo red method. βA₄ is relatedto neuron degeneration and loss.
