【摘要 】 目的 观察β-淀粉样蛋白4(βA4 )在皮克病(Pick'sdisease)脑组织中的表达,探讨βA4 表达与神经元变性、缺失的关系。方法 用免疫组化ABC法对皮克病脑组织行βA4 免疫组化染色,观察其病理形态和脑内分布。同时行刚果红染色及LHE染色。结果 βA4 在皮克病脑皮质第3、5层中均有表达。刚果红染色均为阴性。所有病例可见胶质细胞增生和凋亡。结论 βA4 在脑组织中的表达并非阿尔茨海默病(AD)所特有,在皮克病中亦存在此现象。βA4 免疫组化法的阳性结果不同于刚果红染色法。βA4 表达与神经元变性、缺失有关。

【Abstracts 】ObjectiveToobserve βA4 expression in the brain of Pick's disease and to investigate theeffect of βA4 expression on neuron degeneration and loss. Methods Byimmunohistochemical ABC method, we observed βA4 plaque's pathologiccharacteristics, level of expression and distribution in the brains. Simulaneously Congored and LHE were employed to display βA4 and gliocyte apoptosis respectively.Results We found βA4 expression in cortical layers 3 and 5 in Pick'sdisease, while using Congo red staining method, the result was negative. Gliosis andgliocyte apoposis were also observed. Conclusions The deposits of βA4 inbrains are not specific to Alzheimer's disease. The result of immmunohistochemicalstaining is different from the conventional Congo red method. βA4 is relatedto neuron degeneration and loss.
