【摘要 】 目的 探讨带状疱疹神经痛的临床特点。方法 分析77例带状疱疹患者神经痛与疱疹关系，症候定位，误诊原因及治疗转归。结果 神经痛与水疱疹是带状疱疹主要临床表现，以单节段神经节受累为主，多个神经节受累14例(18.2%)，Hunt综合征11例(14.3%)；神经痛先于疱疹出现组40例(52.0%)，其中26例误诊(65.0%)，和神经痛与疱疹同时出现组比较有极显著差异(P<0.01)，老年人较中青年人更易误诊(P<0.05)，疱疹落痂后遗神经痛24例(31.2%)，止痛与抗病毒治疗有效。结论 了解神经痛与疱疹呈节段性分布的临床特点，有助于带状疱疹的早期临床诊断与治疗，有利于疾病转归。

【Abstracts 】ObjectiveToinvestigate the clinical characteristics of neuralgia of herpes zoster. Methods Thegeneral clinical materials, the relationship between neuralgia and varicella, thesymptoms,the reasons of misdiagnosis, treatment and prognosis in 77 patients with herpeszoster were analyzed. Results Neuralgia and rash of varicella were the main clinicalmanifestation which distributed in the corresponding dermatomes of injured ganglions. Themain damage were seen in the single ganglion. More than one ganglion were involved in 14patients (18.2). There were 11 cases with Hunt syndrome (14.3%). The neuralgia waspresented before rash in 40 patients (52.0%) and 26 of them (65.0%) were misdiagnosed. Thesignificant difference was founded between the groups of neuralgia presented before rashand that of the neuralgia presented with rash (P<0.01). The misdiagnosis was more commonin the group of old age than in younger (P<0.05).The left neuralgia after crust droppedwas presented in 24 patients (31.2%). Analgesics and anti-virus treatment are effective.Conclusions To understand the clinical characteristics of the neuralgia and rashdistributing in segmentum is helpful to early diagnosis and treatment as well as benefitto its prognosis.
