摘要 为观察乳腺良恶性疾病中微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)的分布以及MVD与乳腺癌肿瘤大小(T)、组织学分级、雌激素受体水平(ER)及腋淋巴结转移的关系，用Ⅷ因子抗体作病理切片的免疫组织化学染色，在显微镜下进行微血管计数。结果：乳腺癌的MVD均值为30.8±19.4个/200倍视野，明显大于乳腺良性肿瘤的MVD均值(16.09±7.9个/200倍视野)，P<0.01；乳腺癌中，MVD与肿瘤大小、组织学分级及腋淋巴转移有关(P<0.05)，而与雌激素受体水平无关。本实验结果提示：乳腺癌的MVD大于良性乳腺疾病者，可作为判断乳腺癌患者预后的指标之一。

ANALYSIS OF TUMOR ANGIOGENESIS IN BREASTCARCINOMA AND BENIGN BREAST DISEASE

Abstract This study was designedto define the microvessel density (MVD) in breast carcinoma and benign breast disease andthe relationship of microvessel density with the tumor size, histologic grade, and lymphnode status. Under light microscopy, the microvessels by staining their endothelial cellsimmunocytochemically for factor Ⅷ were highlighted. Results: The mean level of MVD ofbreast carcinoma was significantly higher than that of benign disease (P<0.01); the MVDof breast carcinoma was associated with tumor size (P<0.05), histologic grade (P<0.05),and axillary node status (P<0.05), but no association with estrogen receptor. These showthat MVD of breast carcinoma is significantly higher than that of benign breast disease,and MVD of breast carcinoma is one of significant prognostic indicators.
