摘 要 目的：评价高能超声体外聚焦热疗(FEP)对直肠癌的疗效及其安全性。方法：自1998年6月至1999年8月对21例中晚期直肠癌应用FEP-BY01型高能超声体外聚焦热疗机进行热治疗。结果：21例直肠癌患者中完全缓解12例(55%)，部分缓解9例(45%)，总缓解率100%，无1例出现皮肤烧伤、脏器穿孔及出血等并发症。结论：FEP技术是一种适宜直肠癌的新疗法，具有疗效显著，安全可靠，无副作用的优点。

    

FocusedExtracorporeal Pyrotherapy for Treating Rectal Carcinoma

ABSTRACT Objective:To assess therapeutic effects andsafety of treating rectal carcinoma with Focused extracorporeal therapy(FEP).Methods：Twentyone cases of rectal carcinoma with FEP-BY 01 type focused extracorporeal therapier fromJun.1998 to Aug.1999 and were followed up 3 to 12 months.Results:There were 12 cases ofcomplete remission(CR,55%)and 9 cases of partial remission(PR,45%),total remission ratewas 100%.No one had complications such as skin burn,visceral perforation and hemorrhage.Noone recurred in 3-12 months.Conclusions:FEP which is a new method for treating rectalcarcinoma has characteristics of significant therapeutic effect,safety and without sideeffects.
