邻碘代苄基异喹啉碘盐抗心律失常作用的实验研究

【摘要】 目的 研究1-(邻-碘苄基)-6,7-甲二氧基-2-甲基-3,4-二氢异喹啉碘盐(O-BIMMDI)对实验性心律失常模型的影响。 方法 采用乌头碱、氯化钡和结扎左冠状动脉前降支方法制备大鼠心律失常模型,观察O-BIMMDI的保护作用。 结果 O-BIMMDI可明显对抗乌头碱、氯化钡所致的大鼠心律失常,延长心律失常诱发时间,缩短心律失常持续时间;对结扎左冠状动脉前降支所诱发的大鼠心律失常也有一定的对抗作用,并可减轻结扎造成的心肌缺血。 结论 O-BIMMDI可对抗大鼠心律失常模型,提示其具有良好的抗心律失常作用。【关键词】 1-(邻-碘苄基)-6,7-甲二氧基-2-甲基-3,4-二氢异喹啉碘盐;抗心律失常

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose is to study the antiarrhythmic effects of1-(O-iodine)-6,7-dimethoxy-2-methyl-3,4-dihydro isoquinoline(O-BIMM-DI).Methods Aconitine,BaCl 2 and ligating coronary artery were used to induce experimental arrhythmia models in rats.Observed if O-BIMMDI had antiarrhythmic effects.Re-sults The results showed that O-BIMMDI has obvious antiarrhythmic effects in aconitine and BaCl2induced ar-rhythmia models.O-BIMMDI significantly prolonged the onset of arrhythmia ......
