【摘要】 目的 探讨QRS电压与时间乘积诊断高血压、左室肥厚(LVH)的敏感性、特异性及准确性。方法 将110例高血压合并LVH者和另110例高血压不伴LVH的患者作为观察对象，测量两组患者体表心电图aVL导联的R波电压及V3导联的S波电压，测量QRS时间，计算(RaVL+SV3)×QRS时间的乘积(男)和(RaVL+SV3+6)×QRS时间的乘积(女)，即简称为QRS乘积。结果 以QRS乘积>240mV·msec作为LVH的诊断标准，预测LVH的敏感性为84.55%,特异性为91.82%,准确性为88.18%。结论 QRS乘积可作为心电图LVH的新标准，具有较高的敏感性和较大的诊断价值。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of the product of voltage and duration of QRS in diagnosing the left ventricular hypertrophy in primary hypertension.Methods Reviewed and analysed the 110 cases of the hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy and other 110 cases without left ventricular hypertrophy,to calculate the product of (RaVL+SV3) and QRS duration of them,respectively.This product is short for QRS product.Results If we regarded QRS product>240mv·msec as the stardard for diagnosing the left ventricular hypertrophy,the predictive sensitivity was 84.55%；the predictive specificity was 91.82%;the predictive accuracy was 88.18%.Conclusion The QRS product has a great value in diagnosing the left ventricular hypertrophy,it can be regarded as the new standard for diagnosing the left ventricular hypertrophy. ......
