【摘要】 目的 研究社区干预对精神病患者的防治康复效果。 方法 2000年3月～2005年3月对佛山市某社区筛查发现的336例精神病患者(资料完整的有315例)采取有针对性的药物、心理、工疗、护理等综合性社区干预，并对干预前后患者的健康状况、劳动能力和生存质量进行对比分析。 结果 社区干预使康复措施的落实率由干预前的63.2%上升到干预后的99.7%;患者的病情改善率由18.1%上升为43.2%;患者的全劳动力和半劳动力由13.0%上升为33.0%;干预后患者的生存质量显著高于干预前的水平(P<0.01)。 结论 社区干预能显著提高精神病患者的健康状况和生存质量。
