【摘要】 目的 探讨断裂泪小管内侧断端的位置规律及减少术后并发症的方法提高急诊泪小管断裂吻合术的成功率。 方法 在显微镜下直接寻找断裂泪小管泪囊侧开口，以硬膜外导管作为支撑吻合泪小管断端。 结果 50例泪小管断裂中48例均成功吻合。 结论 该方法是一种简便易行、可靠的泪小管吻合方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective In order to in crease the success rate of canalicular anastomosis，searching for the treatment broken end of the disrupted canaliculus under microscope treatment was discussed.Methods Searching the treatment of broken end of the candicalus under operating microscope together with putting a duramater outer meatus temporary internal support to reestablish the potency or the lacerated canaliculus.Results 48consecutive cases of anastomosis operation were successful just once operation.Conclusion Under microscope could increase the success rate of reestablish the potency of the lacrimal canaliculus.
