【摘要】 本文就传统的实验室信息系统(LIS)作进一步的阐释，提出实验室联机信息系统(LOIS)的概念，着重强调联机(ONLINE)的重要意义，这里联机有两重含义，一是指的仪器数据的自动采集，二是指与医院信息系统的数据交换。文中给出了关键技术和程序的主要部分。

    【Abstract】 In this article,we bring forward a new conception called LOIS which based on the traditional LIS,and emphasize the significance of online which include two aspect of implication:on the one hand,it can acquire the data from every kind of instrument automatically,on the other hand,it can exchange the information with the special HIS which differ from each hospital.
