【摘要】 目的 评价福安特注射液对小鼠淋巴白血病L 1210 和H 22 瘤株的抗肿瘤活性作用，为临床应用提供依据。 方法 采用荷瘤小鼠作为移植性肿瘤实验动物模型。同性别，体重17～19g，接种肿瘤后随机分组，每组10只。设正常对照组、环磷酰胺阳性对照组、福安特高、中、低剂量组，共5组。每天定时给药，正常对照组每天注射等量生理盐水;连续14天。 结果 福安特可影响H 22 肿瘤的生长速度，瘤体积缩小，瘤体重量减轻，抑瘤效果较明显，抑瘤率达51.85%。 结论 福安特对H 22 荷瘤小鼠具有较好的抗肿瘤活性作用。
