【摘要】 目的 了解金银花含片对大鼠的消炎作用。 方法 采用大鼠足跖肿胀实验法:以致炎剂注射前后大鼠足跖厚度均值之差变化来表示炎症反应的程度。 结果 以834、1667、3334mg/kg bw剂量的金银花含片给大鼠连续灌胃30天，能显著减小大鼠在注射致炎剂(1%葡聚糖)后3h、6h的足跖厚度(与注射前的)差值。 结论 该含片对大鼠具有消炎作用。
