【摘要】 目的 探讨老年性前庭神经炎的预后。 方法 分析拟诊为老年性前庭神经炎，随诊3～7年的病例4例。 结果 (1)3例复发，原因不详。(2)3例有合并症:1例合并高血压和糖尿病，2例合并缺血性血管病，3例合并颈椎病。(3)1例病后3年前庭功能仍不正常。(4)无发现严重耳蜗损害证据。(5)无本病被修正诊断的病例。 结论 老年性前庭神经炎的预后较差，影响因素较复杂，患者对全面复查的依从性不高，故确切预后有待进一步研究。

    【Abstract】 Objective To search for prognosis of senile vestibular neuritis.Methods To study in3～7years fl-low-up case in4aged patients with vestibular neuritis.Results ①Three cases were reported as recurrent，that rea-son why the state of recurrent cases are unknow.②Three cases had complication:one had hypertension and DM，two had IVD and three had CVD.③The continued existence of caloric CP was still observed in one case onset3years lat-er.④There are no evidence is certain in severe cochlear damage.⑤No revison of the diagnosis for vestibular neuritis.Conclusion There are worse prognosis of the patientwith senile vestibular neuritis，that affective factor are complex.However compliant patients for generally re-examination are not always presence.We must make further study in or-der to confidently prognosis. ......
