公关语言在医院管理中的运用原则

     【摘要】 本文论述了公关语言在医院管理中的运用原则,一是公关语言“诚”的涵义,只有真诚的言语才能得到社会与公众的认可;二是公关语言“语境”的制约因素,最大限度地与社会各界沟通;三是语言必须得体,不要把话说死;四是公关语言的评估,发挥公关语言的媒介作用,使医院内求团结,外求发展和“争取病人”而进行的语言公关起到应有的绩效。

    【Abstract】 This article discussed the applied principle of public relations language on hospital administration.First was the connotation of public relations language“sincerity”.Only the sincere words could obtain the approve of the society and the public.The second was the constricted factor of “language situation”of public relations language,and maximum communicated with the society.Thirdly,the language must be proper,and did not speak absolutely.The fourth was the evaluation of the public relations language,made the public relations language play proper achievement during the process of hospital united inside,developed outside and “strived for patients”through the intermediary effect of the public relations language. ......
