【摘要】 目的 总结Richard钉治疗股骨髁间骨折的经验。 方法 应用Richard钉治疗股骨髁间骨折26例。 结果 23例获随访，6～14个月所有骨折均骨性愈合。根据Kolmert膝关节功能评定标准优8例、良11例、可2例、差2例。 结论 Richard钉操作简便，固定牢靠，允许膝关节早期活动，临床应用价值高。【关键词】 股骨髁间骨折;Richard钉;骨折内固定术
