【摘要】 目的 液压快速松解肩周炎广泛粘连的软组织，解除疼痛及运动功能受限，防止纤维组织变性。方法 2003年对30例僵硬性肩周炎采用肌间沟臂丛麻醉，关节腔内注射曲安奈德稀释液快速松解法，配合中药内服并进行临床观察。结果 3周内功能恢复28例，2例功能恢复略差。结论 液压快速松解法是一种解除疼痛、松解粘连软组织、恢复运动功能的有效方法；但须结合术后的治疗坚持功能锻炼。

    【Abstract】 Objective The hydraulic pressure loosens the soft tissue of extensive adhesion of periarthritis of shoulder fast, it can remove the pain and movement function limited, prevent the fibre tissue from degenrated.Methods In 2003 30 cases stiff periatrhritis of shoulder were adopted ditch arm clump anaesthetization and cooperatd with the traditional Chinese medicine to take orally clinical observation.Results The function recoverd 28 cases in three weeks, functions covered slightly bad.Conclusion Hydraulic pressure fast loosing solution is a effective method to remove pain, loose adhesive soft tissue,recove sport function;but patients must insist function exercises combiniy post-operation.
