红外热影像诊断在男性生殖系统疾病中的应用

【摘要】 目的 研究红外热影像诊断仪在男性生殖系统疾病中的应用。方法 对男性各类生殖系统疾病39例(鞘膜积液9例、急性睾丸炎4例、精索静脉曲张4例、急性附睾炎14例和其他疾病8例)进行红外热影像并对5例进行治疗后随访,结果与B超和临床对照。结果 以正位左右侧阴囊的高值温度或平均温度>0.5℃为异常,红外热影像对男性生殖系统的阳性检出率为51.3%(20/39),与B超的诊断符合率为71.8%(28/39),对鞘膜积液、急性睾丸炎、精索静脉曲张和急性附睾炎的阳性检出率分别89%、75%、75%和36%。治疗随访5例中4例治疗后左右阴囊侧温差缩小,提示好转。结论 红外热影像测定阴囊温度操作简便,可为睾丸和附睾等相关疾病提供初筛方法,多次重复检查,可作为疗效评估和监测的无创伤的手段。【关键词】 红外热影像;男性生殖系统;阴囊温度

【Abstract】 Objective To study the use of infrared thermography for the diagnosis of male genital system diseases.Methods Different male genital diseases 39 cases ( 9 hydrocele, 4 acute orchitis, 4 varicocele of spermatic cord, 14 acute epidiymitis and 8 other diseases) were underwent by infrared thermography and 5 cases for therapeutic monitoring, and also compared with ultrasonic and clinical study.Results The maximum and average temperature's difference between right and left scrotum over 0.5 ℃ was considered as abnormal.
