    【Abstract】 Facing the arrival of the knowledge-based economy in 21th century, we must carry out the education for all-round development completely, the reform in education is an important path in which is the problem of hot spot of the current discussion, but among successful key factors of education reform, doubtless, teacher is very important. This text commences from the teacher's angle, passes to raise teacher's ability, changing teacher's role and building up the good relation between teacher and pupil to raise the education reform effect.
