【摘要】 目的 通过对兰州地区部队离退休老干部的健康状况分析，了解掌握老干部的健康状况，加强对其保健工作的具体指导。 方法 对我院2004年度786名老干部体检资料所提供的信息进行分析。 结果 受检老干部中无躯体疾病的占18.2%。患病率较高的依次为高血压病42.9%，高血脂38.3%，冠心病35.5%，糖尿病21.2%。 结论 老干部是健康的弱势群体，健康是影响他们生活质量的重要因素。加强慢性病的防治、提高部队离退休老干部的生活质量。
