【摘要】 目的 介绍记忆合金锁骨外段接骨器治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨外段骨折的方法和疗效。 方法 应用形状记忆合金锁骨外段接骨器治疗锁骨外段骨折8例，肩锁关节脱位4例。 结果 12例患者均得到随访，随访时间为3～23个月，平均11个月，骨折均愈合，肩锁关节无再脱位。按Lazzcano标准，疗效优11例，良1例。 结论 记忆合金锁骨外段接骨器治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨外段骨折具有手术快，操作简便，固定可靠，术中不一定修复喙锁韧带，能早期功能锻炼等优点。
