【摘要】 目的 掌握抗菌药物使用现状，为贯彻执行《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》，推动合理使用抗菌药物，规范医务人员用药行为，降低药品费用提供科学依据。方法 从2004年出院病例中挑选住院时间超长病例，逐一调查抗菌药物使用情况，调取微机病案管理系统数据库，进行数据统计分析。结果 临床滥用抗菌药物的情况严重：一是品种结构过多过滥，二是联合用药不尽合理，三是选择性不强，重复用药时有发生，四是因抗菌药物使用不当所致院内感染存在。结论 抗菌药物合理使用需要进一步提高，对住院时间超长病例使用抗菌药物调查有助于指导临床合理用药。【关键词】 住院超长病例；抗菌药物；合理用药

【Abstract】 Objective Learning the situation of antibiotics application.Providing scientific basis for standardizing the doctors behavior and decreasing the drug fees.Methods Picking out some cases which were in hospital very long from the ones that left hospital in 2004.Investigated the situation of antibiotics application one by one.Analysing the data which was from the data base of the medical records management system.Results The situation of misusing antibiotic was very serious.First,the kinds of drugs were too much and too excessive.The second,combined drugs application was unreasonable.The third,the drugs application was not selective,and it was happened frequenely that the same drugs were used again and again.At last,there were infections in hospital because of the unsuitable drugs.Conclusion The level of drugs application should be improved.In our hospital the investigation of the cases in hospital very long will be helpful to guide the clinical drugs application. ......
