善宁治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的临床观察

    【摘要】目的 评价善宁治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的临床疗效。方法 将60例肝硬化门脉高压食管和/或胃底静脉破裂出血病人分为善宁组和垂体后叶素组，进行临床疗效对比。结果 善宁组止血有效率83.3%，垂体后叶素组止血有效率53.3%。两组差异有显著性。结论 善宁治疗食管和(或)胃底静脉曲张破裂出血疗效肯定，副作用少，值得推广使用。

    The clinical observation of treating the rupture and bleeding of varices of esophagus and the bottom of stomach with sandostatin

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the rupture and bleeding of varices of esophagus and(or)the bottom of stomach with sandostatin.Methods 60patients with cirrhosis of liver plus the rupture and bleeding of varices of esophagus and(or)the bottom of stomach were divided into randomized two groups.Treating group30cases were treated with sandostatin.Comparison group30cases were treated with posterior pituitary.To observe these two groups respectively.Results In sandostatin group the rate of hemostasis was83.3%.In posterior pituitary group the rate was53.3%.There was significant difference between two groups.Conclusion Sandostatin is very effective in the treat-ment of the rupture and bleeding of varices of esophagus and(or)the bottom of stomach. ......
