【摘要】 目的 在体外模拟能量代谢障碍研究PC12细胞缺糖损伤的分子生物学特征。 方法 电镜观测形态改变，LDH检测细胞损伤程度，RT-PCR测定bcl-2在RNA水平上的表达。 结果 电镜观察到细胞有凋亡现象;LDH释放增加;RT-PCR结果表明bcl-2在6～16h表达上调。 结论 缺糖损伤的PC12细胞既有形态的变化也有功能上的变化，并同时伴随着凋亡和坏死两种死亡现象。

    【Abstract】 Objective By applying glucose deprivation(an insult relevant to the brain ischemia)media，PC12cell strain was evaluated.Methods By variable cellular and molecular biological techniques including electron mi-croscopy，LDH，RT-PCR.Results Electron microscopy reveals the treated PC12cells underwent apoptosis;LDH leakage;Bcl-2RNA levels expressed to peak levels6-16hours after glucose deprivation treatment and then de-clined gradually.Conclusion The treated PC12cells which deprived glucose underwent the morphological and func-tional alterations including apoptosis and necrosis. ......
