宁波港国际航行船舶压舱水中病原微生物的携带情况调查

【摘要】 目的 研究国际航行船舶载自境外压舱水中携带的病原微生物状况。 方法 随机选取自宁波港入境的52艘国际航行船舶作为监测对象,进行压舱水pH值、比重、水温、浊度监测,以及病原微生物检测。并对监测数据进行统计学分析。 结果 八项细菌学指标的检测分析发现:排放至宁波港的压舱水中细菌总数平均达35.8×10 2 /ml,其中排放至北仑水域的一份压舱水样中大肠菌群与粪大肠菌群指标为检出阳性,而致病菌检测结果均为阴性。 结论 国际航行船舶压舱水中携带有一定量的病原微生物,虽在本次调查中未检出致病菌,但经与文献资料核实,船舶压舱水已成为传播多种病原微生物包括致病微生物的重要传播途径。【关键词】 压舱水;病原微生物;致病菌;国际航行船舶

【Abstract】 Objective To study pathogens taken by ballast water of international navigation ships.Methods 52international navigation ships were randomly selected as the monitoring objects.Four indexes of ballast water such as pH value,specific gravity,temperature,turbidity and pathogens were detected.All of the data were analyzed by proper statistic methods.Results The testing results of eight indexes showed that the plate count for bacterial colonies in ballast water was averagely35.8×10 2 /ml.And one sample of ballast water discharged in Beilun area was positive in the indexes of coliform group and fecal coliform.While no pathogenic bacteria were checked out in this survey.Conclusion The ballast water can take kinds of pathogens in spite of no pathogenic bacteria found in this survey.According to the literatures ......
