【摘要】 目的 为了观察前S1抗原在乙肝阳性患者血清检测中的应用价值。 方法 本文采用ELISA法对2133例HBsAg阳性患者的血清进行前S1抗原的检测。 结果 前S1抗原在HBeAg阳性标本中检出率为79.1%，表明前S1抗原与具有病毒活动性复制意义的指标HBeAg存在一定关系;同时，前S1抗原在HBeAg阴性标本中的检出率为36.5%。 结论 血清前S1抗原检测可作为乙肝三系统检测的一项重要的补充指标。在临床检验中，对乙肝患者血清进行前S1抗原与乙肝三系统联合检测，将有助于临床诊断、疗效观察及预后判断。
