【摘要】 目的 讨论脐带异常对新生儿窒息的影响。 方法 收集136例脐带异常病例与无脐带异常的相同例数作对照，两者间进行比对分析。 结果 脐带异常组新生儿窒息发生率明显高于对照组。 结论 脐带异常与新生儿窒息的发生率成正比关系，对脐带异常者要做好监测，减少新生儿窒息发生率。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effection of the abnormal umbilical cord to neonatal asphyxia.Methods 136cases of abnormal umbilical cord and136cases of normal umbilical cord were contrasted and analyzed.Results The rate of neonatal asphyxia of abnormal umbilical cord was higher than the normal case obviously.Conctlusion The rate of neonatal asphyxia is proportional to umbilical cord.Reduce the rate of neonatal asphyxia by observing the case of umbilical cord.
