【摘要】 维吾尔族是新疆维吾尔自治区的主要民族。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)，测查了两所自治区医院的急诊科、内科、外科103名维吾尔族医护人员。研究结果表明：急诊科维吾尔族医护人员存在明显的心理问题，其心理问题突出表现在强迫、焦虑、抑郁、人际关系敏感几方面。这些问题在急诊科带有普遍性，说明与环境因素有关。

    The result analysis of SCL-90 to the evaluation of mental health level on Viguar medical staff

    【Abstract】 Viguar people is the main nationality in Xinjiang Autonomous Region.By the application of SCL-90,we surveyed 103 Viguar doctors and nurses in department of emergency,of medicine and of surgery in two autonomous hospitals.It has shown that Viguar staff working in department of emergency bear significantly mental illness,and the mental illness shows outstandingly in obsession,anxiety,depression and interperson sensibility.These problems exist universally in department of emergency and it can be explained that these problems are related to environmental factors.
