【摘要】 目的 通过问卷调查，探讨A型性格与心绞痛发作的相关性。方法 采用A型性格问卷量表，对207例住院心绞痛患者进行问卷调查，并对其得分进行分析及统计学处理。结果 A型性格与心绞痛的发生呈正相关，患者心绞痛的发生率和发作的严重程度明显高于非A型性格组(P<0.05)。结论 护理人员应积极促使心血管疾病患者改变不良的性格行为，对预防心绞痛的发作和恶化具有重要意义。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between type A characters and outbreak of angina by analyzing the questionnaires.Method 207 in-patients with angina were chosen to fill the questionnaires on type A characters, and the marks were given to them according to the contents they filled.Results There was positive correlation between type A characters and outbreak of angina, and the incidence and the severity of angina in the patients with type A characters were significantly higher than those without type A characters(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurses should supervise and urge the patients with cardiovascular diseases to change their ill behaviors related to their characters actively, which will be benefit to preventing the outbreak and exacerbation of angina in them. ......
