【摘要】 目的 探讨综合康复治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 通过对2002年4月～2004年10月161例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行临床分析，采用综合康复治疗，主要方法有牵引、斜板手法、揉压闪颤手法、封闭疗法和功能锻炼运动疗法，同时给予对症治疗、支持治疗和心理治疗等综合疗法。结果 治愈率81.37%，总有效率99.38%。结论 采用综合康复疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症，能有效解除患者的一系列症状。病程与疗效有关，病程越短，疗效越好。

    【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the curative effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods Via clinical analysis of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of 161 cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc from April 2002 to October 2004,who were treated by traction,slanting board treatment,kneading,block therapy and functional exercise as well as heteropathy,supporting therapy and psychological treatment.Results Curative rate reached 81.37% and the overall effective rate was 99.38%.Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc is effective in removing patients’ symptoms.The curative effect is related to the disease process.The shorter the process is ,the better the curative effect will be. ......
