【摘要】 目的 探讨老年肺结核合并肺癌的临床特点及诊断方法。方法 对53例老年肺结核合并肺癌患者的临床和实验室资料进行综合分析。结果 均经病理诊断为肺癌。结论 两病并存较常见，肺结核合并肺癌时，肺癌症状易被掩盖，易发生漏诊，应引起重视。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical characteristics and diagnostie method of the pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with lung cancer in elderly patients.Methods Case analysis of clinical data of 53 elderly patients suffering the pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with lung cancer were performed.Results All cases were diagnosed lung cancer by pathological diagnosis.Conclusion Two diseases are frequently concurrence, the symptom is easily covered up each other, we should pay more attention to them.
