【摘要】 目的 探讨运用健康教育程序对糖尿病肾病(DN)患者的早期预防、早期治疗，以阻止或延缓DN的发生及发展。方法 制订并实施DN健康教育计划，以及时控制高血糖，按医嘱长期、定时、定量服药；控制尿微量蛋白，控制饮食蛋白质的摄入量等。对试验组35例和对照组23例DN患者进行对照研究，并设问卷调查。结果 对DN患者实施健康教育后，试验组与对照组之间的出院满意度差异有显著性，试验组的DN健康知识掌握率明显提高(P<0.01)。结论 DN患者健康教育计划的实施和效果评价对稳定血糖、保持肾功能、延缓肾脏损害的发生是行之有效的，值得推广使用。
