【摘要】 目的 探讨联合脏器切除对浸润邻近脏器的结、直肠癌的意义。方法 1989～1999年我院普外科共进行了926例结、直肠癌切除手术，其中79例行联合脏器切除，68例获得随访，对其进行回顾分析。结果 5年生存率达466%，手术并发症发生率19.0%，围手术期死亡2例。结论 联合脏器切除对浸润邻近脏器的结、直肠癌患者提供了手术切除的机会，提高了这类患者的生存率。对尚无明显远处转移而局部毗邻脏器浸润的结、直肠癌宜行联合脏器切除，可获得较好的疗效。【关键词】 结、直肠癌；联合脏器切除

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of multivisceral resection for locally advanced colorectal cancer.Methods Clinical data of 68 cases who underwent multivisceral
resection from 1989 to 1999 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were followed up.Results The 5-year survival rate of this group was 466%,and the rate of surgical complications was 19.0%.Peri-operative mortality was 3%(2 cases).Conclusion Multivisceral resection is practicable in patients with locally advanced colorectal cancer. It can improve the prognosis and survival rate of those patients. Multivisceral resection should be top-priority if permission. ......
