【摘要】 目的 研究喉骨肉瘤的临床病理特征，诊断及鉴别诊断，探索该肿瘤的组织来源。 方法 对1例喉骨肉瘤进行组织形态学和免疫组化研究，结合文献对本病的诊断标准、鉴别诊断及组织来源进行探讨。 结果 喉骨肉瘤组织特征:伊红色半透明骨样基质及骨样结构由肿瘤性骨母细胞形成。免疫组化见肿瘤细胞Vimentin呈阳性表达，Cytokeratin呈阴性表达。 结论 喉骨肉瘤是一种罕见的高度恶性肿瘤，有独特的病理形态，早期即可发生血源性扩散，预后很差，治疗上采用手术切除联合放疗，并辅以化疗。
